platforms provides a cloud-based Free Digital Business Card platform/ service Cardzin.com
and Mobile Application with an ability where individuals and businesses can
create, upload, manage their personal and professional information to create a
digital representation of their Business card(s). The users can then share
their digital business cards with others through a unique QR Code or web
address and also can save information of their networked contacts.
Creating an account on Cardzin website or Mobile application is free.
CardzIn Digital Business card is free to use and will always be free.
There is no Fee associated with the usage of the CardzIn account or the
Digital Business Card. CardzIn’s services are Free and totally dependent on
revenue from Ads.

free for all. So, please support us to keep our services Free for you.
CardzIn website and Mobile Application is only intended for safe,
contactless and eco-friendly networking using digital business card(s) and
exchanging it with others.
You agree to use the Website for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You will not use the Website to engage in any unauthorized or harmful activities, defame, harass, menace or offend any person, including but not limited to hacking, spamming, facilitating or assisting a third party to do any of these acts or spreading malware.
User Accounts
& Content:
To access or use certain features of the Website, you may be required to
create an account. You agree to provide
accurate and complete information during the registration process or while
creating Digital Business cards on CardzIn website or Mobile Application and to
update such information to keep it current.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account
credentials and for all information and any activities that occur under your account.
The Information, data, image(s), logo(s) you submit, upload or provide
in your account or your digital business card and your sharing of this digital
card by QR code or web address to others is completely your liability.
CardzIn is not responsible and does not endorse or represent in any
manner the details or information you have provided in your account or business
digital card created by you and/or shared with others.
You are solely responsible for the content you upload or share with
others. You agree not to upload content that is infringing, abusive,
defamatory, or violates any applicable laws.
You must be at least 18 years or older to use CardzIn website or Mobile
Application. By using the service, you represent that you meet this age
requirement.
If any false information, fraudulent activity or any behavior violating the law or these Terms and Conditions is detected by a user on Cardzin’s website or mobile application, CardzIn reserves the right to suspend that user’s account, take legal action and/ or report the matter to the law enforcement authorities.
Intellectual Property:
GoSourcing LLC and CardzIn retain all rights, title, and interest in and
to the Service, including all associated intellectual property rights.
The CardzIn Website/ Mobile
Application and its domain names, content,
including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, databases or source codes are protected by copyright and other
intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or
create derivative works based on the Website's content without our prior
written consent.
You will not use our website or mobile application, including our Intellectual property, in any way that competes with our business.
Limitation of Liability:
You agree that we (GoSourcing LLC, CardzIn, our Business Partners) shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the CardzIn Website or Mobile Application. We do not certify the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of a user’s digital business card content on the CardzIn Website or Mobile Application.
Indemnification:
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless (GoSourcing LLC, CardzIn, our Business Partners) from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including attorney's fees) arising out of your use of the CardzIn Website or Mobile Application, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.
Mobile Application:
Use License
If you access the CardzIn mobile application, then we grant you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited right to install and use the mobile application on wireless electronic devices owned or controlled by you, and to access and use the mobile application on such devices strictly in accordance with the terms and conditions of this mobile application license contained in these Terms of Use. You shall not: (1) decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, attempt to derive the source code of, or decrypt the application; (2) make any modification, adaptation, improvement, enhancement, translation, or derivative work from the application; (3) violate any applicable laws, rules, or regulations in connection with your access or use of the application; (4) remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notice (including any notice of copyright or trademark) posted by us or the licensors of the application; (5) use the application for any revenue generating endeavor, commercial enterprise, or other purpose for which it is not designed or intended; (6) make the application available over a network or other environment permitting access or use by multiple devices or users at the same time; (7) use the application for creating a product, service, or software that is, directly or indirectly, competitive with or in any way a substitute for the application; (8) use the application to send automated queries to any website or to send any unsolicited commercial e-mail; or (9) use any proprietary information or any of our interfaces or our other intellectual property in the design, development, manufacture, licensing, or distribution of any applications, accessories, or devices for use with the application.
Apple and Android Devices
The following terms apply when
you use a mobile application obtained from either the Apple Store or Google
Play (each an “App Distributor”) to access the Site: (1) the license granted to
you for our mobile application is limited to a non-transferable license to use
the application on a device that utilizes the Apple iOS or Android operating
systems, as applicable, and in accordance with the usage rules set forth in the
applicable App Distributor’s terms of service; (2) we are responsible for
providing any maintenance and support services with respect to the mobile
application as specified in the terms and conditions of this mobile application
license contained in these Terms of Use or as otherwise required under
applicable law, and you acknowledge that each App Distributor has no obligation
whatsoever to furnish any maintenance and support services with respect to the
mobile application; (3) in the event of any failure of the mobile application
to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify the applicable App Distributor,
and the App Distributor, in accordance with its terms and policies, may refund
the purchase price, if any, paid for the mobile application, and to the maximum
extent permitted by applicable law, the App Distributor will have no other
warranty obligation whatsoever with respect to the mobile application; (4) you
represent and warrant that (i) you are not located in a country that is subject
to a U.S. government embargo, or that has been designated by the U.S.
government as a “terrorist supporting” country and (ii) you are not listed on
any U.S. government list of prohibited or restricted parties; (5) you must
comply with applicable third-party terms of agreement when using the mobile
application, e.g., if you have a VoIP application, then you must not be in
violation of their wireless data service agreement when using the mobile
application; and (6) you acknowledge and agree that the App Distributors are
third-party beneficiaries of the terms and conditions in this mobile
application license contained in these Terms of Use, and that each App
Distributor will have the right (and will be deemed to have accepted the right)
to enforce the terms and conditions in this mobile application license
contained in these Terms of Use against you as a third-party beneficiary
thereof.
Third-Party Links:
As CardzIn’s services are Free and totally dependent on revenue from Ads, the CardzIn website and mobile application may contain links to third-party websites or resources that are not under our control. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or availability of these websites or resources. Your interactions with third-party websites are solely between you and the third party.
Modifications:
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms, remove features or functionality of Cardzin.com website or Mobile Application or discontinue the service at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective upon posting to the Website. Your continued use of the Website or the Mobile Application after the changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms.
Termination:
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Website or Mobile Application at our sole discretion, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if we believe you have violated these Terms.
Governing Law:
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New York, United States of America. Any legal action or dispute arising out of these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in New York, United States of America.
